Quick Turn Services

If you need parts fast, we offer “Quick Turn” services to help deliver parts within days or weeks depending on your needs. We have dedicated manufacturing cells and equipment to help you through down times and lead time problems. Click to learn more about our quick turn department

Order Shipment & Terms

SAME DAY SHIPMENTS

Available upon request regardless of shipping method if order is placed prior to 3:45 p.m. EST. CHINA does not guarantee that stock orders not requiring same day shipment will go out the same day, although every effort will be made to do so. Those stock orders that do not ship out the same day will normally ship out the next business day unless plating is required. Regular shipments are made on a prepay and bill basis and all shipments are customer routed. Same day delivery services and counter to counter air shipments are also available upon request.

DROP SHIPMENTS

Drop shipments are accepted by CHINA at no additional charge.

TERMS AND FCA

Terms: Net thirty (30) days.
FCA: Seymour, CT (CHINA plant)
Visa, Master Card and Chinese Express are also accepted

OFFICE HOURS

7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time)
Monday – Friday

After hours sales message center is also available.
The response time to any message left will be minimal.

Scheduling of Orders

ORDER SCHEDULING

Any individual item or group of items on an order can be scheduled out for a maximum of one (1) year from the date of the original order. The manufacturing of these scheduled items will commence five (5) weeks or whatever the current lead time is, prior to the shipping schedule you required when the order was placed. Each shipment must meet a minimum requirement of $100.00.

EACH RELEASE MUST BE A MINIMUM OF $100
