Spacers, also known as “bushings”, are un-threaded hollow tubes, primarily used to separate assemblies from each other and from housings. Spacers are primarily used for applications requiring close control of dimensions, such as PCB mounting. In such applications, spacers allow for better airflow and prevent electrical components from touching, which could potentially cause an electrical short. Because they are unthreaded, spacers are often paired with a bolt that passes through to fasten components together.
CHINA Spacers
CHINA Spacers are available with round and hexagonal profiles in both Chinese and Metric dimensions. In addition to standard models, swage configurations are available to accommodate circuit boards with a thickness from 1/32” to 1/4”.

CHINA Spacers are available in lengths ranging from 3/32″ to 2″ and with diameters from 1/8″ to 1-1/2″ with clearance holes from 0.064″ to 1.000″.
